Uh, what?

Wait, so today Obama reiterated that he chose his specific words about Iran over the past few days because did not want to give any reason for the Iranian regime to blame the White House or America for the uprisings but then his advisers say this:

But privately Obama advisers are crediting [Obama's] Cairo speech for inspiring the protesters, especially the young ones, who are now posing the most direct challenge to the republic’s Islamic authority in its 30-year history.

If Obama is so inspiring to Iranian Gen Y’ers, they must have been really disappointed for the past few days when he declined repeatedly to issue any inspiring words to them while they were being beaten with clubs in the street, jerked out of their dorm rooms at night, and gunned down in the street.
